Due to some limited productions or seasonal items, Ryce Clothing will only accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after you received your purchase. Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Service via e-mail at RyceClothingCo@gmail.com
Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged. Ryce Clothing reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and/or returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, Ryce Clothing will cover the shipping postage fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s). Ryce Clothing recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping. Ryce Clothing is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.
Received wrong item(s) or damaged item(s):If your order was received damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving. We are not responsible for any damages done during or after washing of the item(s). Ryce Clothing will then e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the return has been processed, the proper item(s) will be reshipped and tracking will be provided via e-mail.
Mugs or Phone Cases:
If you ordered any mugs or phone cases, it will arrive separately from the regular clothing merchandise. So keep that in mind before you contact us about any missing item(s) from your clothing order. If it has been more than 2 weeks, let us know if it still has not arrived.
